Mr. Rockandel has 18 years of hands on Project Service Experience for large scale engineering and construction projects in the Mineral Resource, Power, Energy & Infrastructure industry. Highly skilled in project setup and execution to meet cost, schedule and data management targets across all project phases. Mr. Rockandel is experienced in Owner / Operator, Consultant, EPC and EPCM organizations and has extensive experience at various remote sites. Mr. Rockandel jointly founded the Meta Consulting Group with the purpose to help organizations effectively meet document and data management delivery goals regardless of the projects stage or scale. Mr. Rockandel is a Canadian and holds a bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Masters in Business Administration (honours) from New York institute of Technology.

Mr. Fehr has over a decade of experience successfully developing, implementing, and executing document management and document control policies, procedures, and systems on large scale Capital Projects. Mr. Fehr specializes in SharePoint based document and data management and has a proven record of delivering results. Mr. Fehr has global experience specializing in the mining sector and is one of the few true experts in the field of document and data management. Mr. Fehr has a passion for document and data management and strives to see that our clients realize measurable savings of time, money, lowered risk and reduced errors critical to business and project success. Mr. Fehr is Canadian and holds a bachelor degree from the University of British Columbia in History.
Chad Woodward
Director, Systems Architecture
Mr. Woodward has worked on large scale capital projects for over 15 years and has global experience leading programs, projects and teams within project data management sector. Mr. Woodward is an industry leader in Data Management as he brings a unique skill set that combines the knowledge of SharePoint Architecture with the business process and document control needs of large scale capital projects. In 2020, Mr. Woodward joined the Meta Consulting Group as the Director of Architecture and in that time has successfully led the implementation of a series of customized SharePoint solutions, including programming backend and frontend components extending the SharePoint environment/system capabilities. Mr. Woodward is Canadian and holds a bachelor degree from the University of Saskatchewan in Computer Science.
